We strive to provide our residents with an environment that encourages positive social interaction, physical and educational activities, and quality nutrition.

The Role

The Cook role is responsible for food preparation under the direction and oversight of the Executive and Sous Chefs. Our Cooks compose foods of all types by utilizing dry heat, moist heat, and combination cooking. The Line Cook will prepare food items according to recipes, setting up and stocking workstations with all necessary supplies, and cleaning and sanitizing all cooking equipment.

Requirements & Preferences

  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Cooking experience highly preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Certificate in culinary arts or related area from a vocational or technical school preferred.
