We are recruiting a Controller for a rapidly growing, International organization. In this role, you will lead the accounting function while helping build the foundation for a scalable finance organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring a strong technical accounting background, experience integrating acquired businesses, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with daily execution. Responsibilities: Lead the accounting function across multiple domestic and international entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP. Drive key accounting transformation initiatives, including accrual conversions, accounting standard implementation, and multi-entity consolidations. Develop and improve accounting policies, internal controls, month-end close processes, and financial reporting to support a growing organization. Partner with executive leadership on acquisition integrations, including accounting alignment, reporting standardization, and post-acquisition process improvements. Oversee revenue recognition, intercompany accounting, payroll, and other complex accounting activities across multiple business units. Support the evaluation and implementation of future accounting systems and ERP solutions while improving current financial processes. Build scalable workflows and help establish a centralized accounting function capable of supporting continued growth. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Mentor and help build the future accounting team as the organization continues to expand through both organic growth and acquisitions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller leadership. Demonstrated experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-driven organizations with responsibility for M&A integration and multi-entity accounting. Strong technical accounting expertise, including U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and process improvement.
