We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Chef to join a premier upscale venue specializing in elegant social events, including wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, and engagement parties. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and executing high-quality menu items for upscale events
  • Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes meet elevated standards
  • Support kitchen operations during events, including prep, plating, and service execution
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in all kitchen areas
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to execute customized menus for private events
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
