Are you an organized, customer-focused professional looking to grow your career in property management? Beach Front Property Management is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Affordable Housing team and Regional Property Supervisor in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Property Supervisor and property management team.
  • Assist with daily operations across an affordable housing portfolio.
  • Process invoices and bills.
  • Prepare and make bank deposits.
  • Answer and screen calls from residents, vendors, and property staff.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain organized records.
  • Support leasing activities and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with community partners, including PATH and other housing service providers.
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism.
  • Serve as a backup receptionist when needed.
  • Assist with additional administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Previous administrative or office experience required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Property management or affordable housing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
