WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING SITE MANAGER?

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to best meet residents' needs.

In your day-to-day role as our Affordable Housing Site Manager, you'll be the friendly, trusted face of the community, guiding prospective residents through the application process with patience and care while maintaining an organized waitlist alongside your area manager. You'll build meaningful relationships with current residents by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring they feel supported. Behind the scenes, you'll coordinate maintenance workflows, ensuring work orders and unit turns are prioritized and completed efficiently, so homes remain safe, welcoming, and ready for those who need them most.
