**Job Title:** Part-Time Property Manager for Affordable Housing

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing property. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community building and maintaining a positive living environment for residents. This role involves ensuring that properties are well-maintained, rent is collected efficiently, and residents' needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily property operations, including tenant communications, lease administration, and rent collection.
