Job description

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
You thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments where strategy meets execution. As a senior account executive, you’ll be at the heart of delivering projects that are not only strategically smart but also creatively compelling and results-driven. You’ll partner closely with clients and internal Bader Rutter (BR) teams to execute plans and projects while managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), budgets and campaign timelines — making sure every project hits the mark and moves the business forward.
Your teammates see you as a self-starter who’s organized, proactive and confident in client conversations. You’re ready to take ownership of complex projects, solve problems on the fly and ensure flawless execution that drives measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead client interactions during project execution, leveraging SOPs
  • Manage creative approvals and client communications
  • Coordinate calls, demos and meetings; and prepare agendas
  • Monitor project budgets, approve invoices and manage allocations
  • Manage overall client budgets (yearly, quarterly and project-based)
  • Connect client business challenges with BR solutions
  • Represent the agency at client and industry events
  • Interact with client marketers, sales reps and end users
  • Assist account leads in setting team priorities and direction
  • Conduct competitive audits; and track messaging, positioning and spend
  • Develop a proactive personal learning plan that covers client industries, advertising, communications and agency processes
What You’ll Bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with agency or client-service background
  • Agriculture industry experience preferred — preferably livestock
  • Strong written, verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • High organizational skills with strong time and budget management
  • Independence, proactiveness and collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence
Travel: Expected to travel more than 10% for client needs
Salary Range: $65,000-80,000 annually
The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
