Position Summary

The WAL Program Coordinator leads day-to-day program execution, ensuring a structured, consistent, and high-quality leadership experience. This role manages logistics, scheduling, and delivery while tracking student engagement, attendance, and growth across core competencies.They maintain strong communication with students, families, and partners, support program growth through relationship building, and collaborate with facilitators to ensure consistent implementation and uphold the JAMS LIFE WAY.


Key Responsibilities

Establish Trust

  • Build and maintain relationships with students, families, and partners
  • Serve as the primary communication point for WAL
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Track attendance, participation, and engagement
  • Coordinate event communication, including the Victors Ceremony

  • Comfortable with data tracking and reporting
  • Level II background screening required
  • Reliable transportation
