  • Foster a culture of craft, curiosity, and high creative standards
  • Partner closely with the Creative & Fashion Director to align on vision and escalate key creative decisions
Project & Production Management
  • Own the end-to-end creative production process: briefing, concepting, execution, review, and delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational rigor (timelines, asset tracking, stakeholder reviews)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, and other teams to deliver impactful creative
  • Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and meet a high quality bar
Tools, Asset Management & Creative Operations

    • Naming conventions and version control
    • Access management across teams
  • Establish and enforce standards to ensure creative assets are scalable, accessible, and easy to use across the organization
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for creative assets, ensuring seamless collaboration across Brand, Marketing, and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For
