Job description

Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 65 years in business, seeks a Program Manager. The Program Manager will ensure CRC adheres to compliance of contractual requirements of incoming orders as well as managing internal company programs - planning, organizing, directing, and tracking all aspects of projects, including technology, deliverables, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.


The right candidate will have 3 or more years of experience managing military or commercial programs in a manufacturing environment, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and the Microsoft Office suite, and strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree, lean six sigma experience, experience working in AS9100 or ISO9001 environments, and PMP certifications are all pluses.
