Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Art Director to collaborate with on innovative concepts for our clients' print, tv, and digital campaigns. The Junior Art Director will work as part of a team and assist the Creative Director with their campaigns, while also taking ownership of their own deliverables, to create the perfect balance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: concepting campaign ideas, working on storyboards, print imagery, and other cascading assets. The Junior Art Director will be putting their Photoshop skills to work, and jumping in to help the team on anything and everything that we deliver for our clients, all the way from the briefing to the final released asset.
Qualifications
  • Portfolio is required for all applicants - must include recent student/spec work examples
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree relevant to creative discipline and applicable to advertising industry (examples: Graphic Design, Visual Communications) or equivalent industry experience
  • Previous creative internships or work experience in a creative agency setting, ideally working on 360 campaigns
  • Experience in print design is required, digital content creation for video/photography and experiential work is ideal
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about beauty and fashion - culturally astute, informed and interested in category trends

The salary range for this position is $50,000-55,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
