This is a high impact leadership role that combines direct property management responsibilities with portfolio oversight. The Area Manager will serve as the acting Property Manager for one assigned community while also providing leadership, operational support, and performance oversight for several additional properties within the portfolio.The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can successfully lead teams, drive financial performance, solve complex operational challenges, and partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives across multiple assets.
