Job Functions
  • Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs
  • Maintains the reception area
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Verification of insurances
  • You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at: 7142 San Pedro Avenue San Antonio, TX 78216

Required Qualifications
  • You will have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service setting; managing multiple phone lines.
  • You will have excellent Customer Service and phone etiquette
  • You will have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • You must be able to work at the Conviva Care clinic located at: 7142 San Pedro Avenue San Antonio, TX 78216

Preferred Qualifications
  • You will be bilingual in English/Spanish, able to read, write, and speak in English/Spanish without limitations or assistance.Experience in a medical office
  • You will have two years related experience preferred

Medical Receptionist Working hours:
  • Scheduled 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

Additional Information
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
