This Per Diem Youth Apprenticeship - Receptionist is a Per Diem at Beloit Health System located in Beloit, WI. The Youth Apprentice will be involved in day-to-day tasks to support healthcare professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the overall patient care experience.
This Youth Apprenticeship - Receptionist will locate information in the patient record, create and maintain record, navigate the patient record, assist with appointments, answer phones, perform basic payment collection, order supplied, perform inventory, demonstrate customer service skills, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be a current High School Student, 16 years of age or older
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare environment
