Customer Appointment Specialist (Sales Support)

The Sam Leman Automotive Group is one of the largest automotive groups in Central Illinois. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Appointment Specialist (Sales Support) to join our team at Sam Leman Chevrolet Cadillac of Champaign.

In this role, you will be an important part of our sales team, connecting with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle and helping them take the next step in their car-buying experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries received through our website, phone, and other online sources
  • Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
  • Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication
  • Accurately document customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Meet individual and team goals for customer contacts and appointments
