Delta Dental of Illinois is seeking a Dental Network Development Specialist to support provider recruitment, engagement, and retention across the dental network. This role serves as a trusted advisor to dental practices and contributes to provider relations, reimbursement initiatives, and network performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, engage, and retain dental providers to strengthen the network.
  • Build strong provider relationships through outreach, office visits, onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Resolve provider issues related to claims, reimbursement, policy interpretation, and network participation.
  • Analyze provider and network data to identify trends and support planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in provider relations, clinical dentistry, dental practice management, or network development.
  • Strong knowledge of dental office operations, workflow, and reimbursement practices.
  • Experience working directly with dental or medical providers.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Illinois for meetings, events, and office visits.
