Job description

Appointment clerk duties will include:
  • Answering phones.
  • Taking detailed messages.
  • Setting appointments.
  • Filing paperwork, pulling files, and calling to confirm appointments. 

Requirements:
  • Previous veterinary or medical office experience is preferred, but not required. 
  • The successful candidate will be comfortable handling multiple phone lines.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 2PM-6PM Saturday 7AM-12PM.
  • Occasionally fill in for day shifts.
