Description
Works in a high-level, fast-paced, and rapidly growing plaintiffs' personal injury firm, providing superb executive support to the Administrative and Legal divisions of the firm. Must be able to answer heavy call volumes, process intake information, schedule appointments for 15+ Attorneys/Paralegals, and provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients. This position has a heavy emphasis on multitasking several different tasks at one time, with exemplary attention to detail. Also required is a very strong work ethic and desire to work well in a group setting.

Firm Compensation includes:

Responsibilities
โ€ข Strong oral and written communication skills
โ€ข Answers high call volume and directs phone calls to relevant staff
โ€ข Schedule all appointments for Attorneys, Paralegals, and Admin staff
โ€ข Occasionally conducts intakes with potential new clients
โ€ข Schedules CEO & COO meetings and appointments
โ€ข Manages & schedules the CEO's calendar, including scheduling high-priority meetings and appointments
โ€ข Proofreads e-mails and documents
โ€ข Prepares documents as needed
Qualifications
โ€ข College graduate or equivalent (Preferred)
โ€ข Client service experience for at least 2 years
โ€ข Possesses at least 2 years of experience with scheduling in a demanding, fast-paced environment
โ€ข Self-starter who is motivated to be an integral part of a growing and highly successful team
โ€ข Works well in a team environment with different personalities
โ€ข Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and work quickly
โ€ข Proactive, can-do, team-oriented attitude
โ€ข Well-versed in technology (Microsoft, Office at Hand, DocuSign, Zoom, etc.)
