Legal Appointment Setter - Intake Specialist- Hybrid


Do you love talking to people and selling something you believe in? We’re growing our team and looking for a driven appointment setter ready to take the next step in their career.


You will speak with potential clients who are often going through difficult family situations and guide them toward scheduling a consultation with our legal team. You will work with prospective new clients via telephone, text, online chat, and email.

The base pay for this job is $15 per hour. This is a performance-incentivized position with a targeted total compensation of $50-$75k after bonus.


You must be available to commute onsite to Lawrenceville, Georgia, from time to time.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
  • Listen to callers and understand their concerns.
  • Take control of conversations, build rapport quickly, and guide callers toward scheduling a consultation.
  • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria.
  • Show up to work on time each day with little to no absences. Near-perfect attendance is required for this role.
  • Respond to incoming calls quickly, minimizing caller wait time.
  • Confidently ask for the appointment and overcome objections.
  • Be the face of the company, expressing care and professionalism.
  • Complete intake forms in real time during calls with high accuracy.
  • Maintain prospect confidentiality and privacy.
  • Handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy while maintaining control of the call.
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and text to secure appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all leads.

Qualifications:
  • Superior verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to guide and control conversations toward a desired outcome.
  • Excellent writing and spelling in English.
  • Typing 50 words per minute or greater with high accuracy.
  • Follow directions and adhere to structured systems and processes.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
  • Sales mindset with the ability to confidently close and schedule appointments.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and loyal.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, call center, or similar role preferred.
