Commission-Based Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist


The Abie Agency is a creative marketing agency helping businesses build their brand and online presence. We're looking for a motivated, commission-based Appointment Setter to help us identify and connect with potential clients that need support with their social media and online presence.


About the Role:

This is a 100% commission-based, remote/flexible role. You'll research and call potential clients, qualify them against a simple criteria checklist, and book discovery calls for our team. The more qualified appointments you book, the more you earn — no cap.


What You'll Do:

- Research potential clients using provided criteria (social media presence, Google reviews, website/branding quality)

- Make outbound calls to introduce The Abie Agency and identify interest

- Book qualified discovery calls with decision-makers

- Log call outcomes and lead details in a shared tracking system


Who We're Looking For:

- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales (B2B or agency experience a plus)

- Confident, professional phone presence

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a commission structure

- Organized and consistent with follow-up and reporting


Compensation:
