Job description

We are seeking an experienced Athena Support Consultant to provide application support, configuration, optimization, and project management assistance for an enterprise healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Athena and a proven ability to support application operations while contributing to optimization and improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day Athena application support and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and maintain Athena applications based on business and operational requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Support Athena optimization projects and system enhancements.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective solutions.
  • Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution related to Athena initiatives.
  • Manage assigned project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and support procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve application performance, workflows, and operational processes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Athena.
  • Strong Athena configuration experience.
  • Experience providing application support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
