Title: Data and Applications Assistant (Contract)- Job#5874
Location: Providence, RI/Hybrid Remote
Job Description:
Our client located in Providence, RI has an immediate opening for a Data and Applications Assistant to join their team. The Data and Applications Assistant will play an integral role in helping to implement energy efficiency programs facilitated by the office including assisting in tracking federal reporting requirements, collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable information for the office's federal home energy rebate programs, Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative programs, managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, and other energy efficiency programs that may be implemented by the office in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Transfers data from online portal format to program spreadsheet
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Creates and updates spreadsheets with program data
  • Sorts and organizes data for reporting
  • Verifies data accuracy and organizes program information for internal use
  • Maintains applicant confidentiality and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Engages with applicants and assists with basic rebate and application questions
Required
  • Bachelor's degree
