Job description

Essential Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for the borrower on behalf of the lending team as well as for parties engaged in a loan application.

Assist in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.

Analyze customer’s credit and financial scenario and determining appropriate loan product(s) under the guidance and review of the loan officer.

Run credit on assigned loans.

Pull and prep web applications and other duties, including updating credit reports and AUS findings.

Provide support in the collection and preparation of submitting loan application with supporting documentation.

Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and respond accordingly.

Maintain customer and referral partner contact to ensure follow-up of loan application and answer basic customer inquiries while providing quality customer service.

Manage assigned database, tracking active loan(s) and entering data.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - High School Certificate or Equivalent
  • Minimum - 3 Years of Mortgage, Mortgage Lending or Related

License/Certifications/Training

  • Preferred - Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $34,200.00 to $48,500.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
