Revenue Cycle Manager


LifeLinc Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Manager who wants to make a difference. The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and performance of LifeLincโ€™s professional billing operations across multiple anesthesia facilities. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all revenue cycle functions, including billing, claims management, denials, and collections.


The Revenue Cycle Manager is accountable for driving measurable improvements in reimbursement, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle performance through process optimization, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Cycle Operations

ยท Oversee daily billing operations, including claims submission, follow-up, denials, and appeals

ยท Ensure accurate and timely entry of demographic and billing information

ยท Monitor workflows for claims processing, account follow-up, and adjustments

ยท Serve as escalation point for complex billing, payer, and patient issues

Team Leadership

ยท Supervise revenue cycle team leads and staff

ยท Manage staffing levels, productivity, and workload distribution

ยท Conduct hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training

ยท Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members

ยท Manage timekeeping and payroll processes for direct reports

Process Improvement

ยท Develop and maintain SOPs across revenue cycle functions

ยท Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements

ยท Automate processes and reporting where possible

ยท Partner with leadership to improve revenue capture and reduce denials

Compliance & Payer Management

ยท Ensure compliance with CMS and commercial payer guidelines

ยท Collaborate with coding leadership to ensure proper claims submission

ยท Monitor adherence to documentation and billing requirements

ยท Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

ยท Analyze billing and revenue cycle data across multiple practices

ยท Produce monthly dashboards, reports, and performance summaries

ยท Identify trends, risks, and opportunities

ยท Generate ad hoc reporting for leadership

New Site Implementation

ยท Support onboarding of new facilities

ยท Establish billing workflows, staffing plans, and data integration processes

ยท Serve as billing point of contact for new sites


Qualifications

Education

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred

Experience

ยท 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management

ยท Experience in anesthesia billing or CBO environment preferred

ยท CPC preferred or equivalent experience

Technical Skills

ยท Strong knowledge of:

o CPT & ICD-10 coding
