Job description


Billing Representative III - Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Eastern
Work independently and as part of a team triaging cases from Sales/Customer Solutions and finding resolutions to billing issues. Collecting data from ARBRR and PowerBI, generating excel spreadsheets and/or Pivot Tables to show trends all while maintaining productions standards. Outbound calls to Quest clients for outstanding invoices owed to Quest.
Pay range: $22-28/hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Working within Salesforce
  • Taking cases submitted by Sales Reps or Customer Solutions
  • Maintain production standards
  • Work closely with Billing team/Sales/Customer Solutions
  • Credit requests
  • Outbound client calls for collection of monies owed to Quest

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Quest Billing system (QBS) and / OR Web Billing System (WBS)
  • 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Customer Service within the healthcare insurance or healthcare industry
  • Ability to use computer and Windows PC applications, such as Outlook, Excel, PDF, instant message, video conferencing
  • Keyboard and navigation skills and ability to learn new computer programs

Telecommuting Requirements:
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
