Why This FP&A Manager Opportunity?

We're partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking an FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role that will drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial decision-making across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, building financial models, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing business. SaaS and/or Private Equity-backed experience is preferred but not required.

FP&A Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Develop complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives
  • Prepare board presentations, executive reporting packages, and monthly financial reviews
  • Analyze business performance, KPIs, and financial trends while providing actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation
  • Manage and mentor the FP&A team while helping develop best practices across the finance function
  • Drive process improvements through automation, AI tools, and enhanced financial reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, pricing analysis, and executive decision-making
Preferred Qualifications for the FP&A Manager
  • 7-10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Strong financial modeling, business partnering, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience preparing board-level reporting and supporting senior leadership
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency
  • NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred
  • SaaS and/or Private Equity-backed company experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
  • $140,000-$160,000 Base Salary (flexibility for an exceptional candidate)
  • 15% Annual Bonus
