Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager Role:

• Lead and develop a team of five finance professionals, setting priorities and providing mentorship
• Oversee the global budgeting process, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
• Provide financial leadership in cost accounting, including manufacturing variances, margin analysis, and inventory reporting
• Analyze financial data to support pricing strategies, product costing, capital investments, and new product development
• Develop and deliver management and board‑level financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive informed decision‑making
• Monitor financial performance trends and identify risks and opportunities
• Support continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes


Requirements for the FP&A Manager Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience with prior leadership experience
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a product‑based environment preferred
