FP&A Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field required
  • 58+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or accounting
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
