The Sales Support Specialist will provide operational support to our Americas Sales Team focusing on quarterbacking all aspects of the sales process thru exceptional project management, processing orders, managing customer records, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal individual will be the bridge between the sales team and their internal partners across legal, operations, finance, product, and marketing helping to manage the day-to-day activities that keep the sales process running efficiently.
Responsibilities and duties (include but not limited to)
  • Raise Opps, Decommissions, and Move Add Change Delete (MACD) coming from both Sales Directors and Sales Engineers
  • Request for Sales Orders from legal and sales operations
  • Resolve Client billing queries and have weekly calls with Billing Operations to get status of each one and update the client
  • Track all Sales Orders, Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Amendments and have Weekly Calls with Legal to discuss the status of each
  • Raise product total contract value and Subs Quotes
  • Work with Logistics on getting shipment form completed and any documentation required for shipping Corvil Hardware
  • Send signed Sales Orders and Opps for countersignature and closure
  • On occasion, attend client project meeting calls to support meeting note capture and follow ups for circulation and salesforce uploading if needed
  • Support the overall RFP, Due Diligence, and compliance process by project managing questionnaires for clients and the coordinated completion with Legal, Finance and Infosec
  • Act as a back-up for the Americas Sales Team if out of office
  • Take notes on meetings, outstanding proposals etc. on weekly internal team huddle calls
  • Help with onboarding new clients by acquiring third party forms, non-disclosure agreements and sanction checks completed

Education, Skills and background (incl. Education and Experience Requirements)
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Analytics Finance, or similar analytical subject area
  • 5+ years of relevant sales operations work experience, including supporting sales processes and project management in the financial services segment.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Strong Project management experience with an acute ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency-Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
  • Proactive self-started and natural multitasker
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Working Arrangements
This is a Hybrid position with [weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home]. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
