Job description

The Flint Hill AfterCare Program provides a safe, supervised and enjoyable environment for students in Grades Junior Kindergarten - 8. Its a helpful option for working parents who need flexibility at the end of the workday.

The AfterCare Specialist is responsible for planning and supervising a variety of fun and engaging activities for students enrolled in the program. AfterCare Specialist will also be responsible for helping students with homework.

The AfterCare Specialistsupports the experience of Flint Hill students and faculty and embraces the mission, vision, and core values of the school, the Flint Hill Statement of Institutional Equity and Inclusion and the Portrait of the Flint Hill Student.

The AfterCare Specialist reports to the Director of After School and Summer Programs and is an hourly position.Hours of employment are from 2 - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday from mid-August to early June.Additional hours will be offered onfaculty in-service days. AfterCare Specialists will be paid for 16 hours of required training.

Competitive pay rate of $17-$23/Hourdependent on experience.
