Job Summary

St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church and School is seeking a caring and responsible Aftercare Aide to support students during the after‑school program. The Aftercare Aide helps provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that reflects Christian values while supervising students at the end of the school day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during aftercare hours to ensure safety and well‑being
  • Assist with dismissal, snacks, homework time, and structured play activities
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment
  • Support appropriate student behavior using consistent expectations
  • Communicate effectively with aftercare staff, teachers, and parents as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of aftercare spaces
