ATI Specialty Materials is a recognized world leader in the development and production of specialty alloys including titanium, nickel, specialty steel and metal powders for the aerospace, biomedical, oil & gas, chemical processing and nuclear industries.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in the additive powder metals market at our Monroe, NC plant, located approximately 25 miles southeast of Charlotte, NC.

This role is responsible for driving incremental profitable growth and will include customer development for new additive powder products, enabling processes for use, and engaging customers to understand new requirements and applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research, qualify, and oversee completion of new development opportunities leading to incremental profitable growth in the additive manufacturing market space.
  • Manage and coordinate ongoing development programs to ensure they achieve the projected sales, margin, and ROI for new and advantaged product sales.
  • Produce internal marketing information including forecasts, market studies, and competitor profiles.
  • Support business unit initiatives across the ATI organization, including attending and coordinating conferences, symposiums and meetings.
  • Support ATI Specialty Materials Commercial and Technical team functions.
