Mid-Level Program Scheduler

Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Program Scheduler to join a dynamic team supporting multiple different Intelligence Community Programs.
On these programs, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage.
Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities may include:
  • Developing comprehensive program schedules in Microsoft Project 2024, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and milestones.
  • Leading the resolution of program issues, uncovering and resolving issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs, and analyzing program metrics.
  • Recommending program recovery acceleration plans, changes, and corrective actions, while leading the implementation of Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
  • Developing and implementing customer and program communication and contact plans to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
  • 13 Years of experience in Scheduling support or Scheduler roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master's Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive program schedules, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones.
  • Strong ability to identify and manage key program level interfaces between activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Proven track record in resolving program issues, analyzing program metrics, and recommending recovery acceleration plans and corrective actions.
  • Expertise in implementing Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication and contact plans.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project 2024 and Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Powerpoint)

Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge or experience in Milestones Professional 2025
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in program management.
  • Experience in leading highly complex program architectures and plans across diverse teams and stakeholders

Telework/Remote Availability: Hybrid work authorized (minimum 2-3 days onsite)

Summary Pay Range:
Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
$96,000 - $147,400
