A Brief Overview:

The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a primary subject matter expert and system owner for ADP Vantage HCM, while also supporting all Human Capital Management/HRIS systems (HR, payroll, talent acquisition, learning, performance, etc.) in our global environment. This role is central to two significant HCM initiatives: integration of systems due to a recent acquisition future implementation of a global HCM system. Additionally, this person actively participates in creating a roadmap for one or more assigned systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge across Human Capital Management/HRIS systems (HR, payroll, talent acquisition, learning, performance, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and system owner for ADP Vantage HCM, including configuration, security administration, and business process setup
  • Maintain relationships with ADP and other software vendors to escalate tickets, manage quarterly releases, and stay informed of product roadmaps
  • Lead data mapping activities in support of integration activities, such as job code alignment, data definition workbook completion, and field-level mapping across employee, job, and organizational data
  • Analyze and redesign Manager and Employee Self-Service (MSS/ESS) processes, including gap analysis, process design, configuration requirements, country-specific variations, and training and documentation deliverables
  • Assess and implement security roles, permissions, and workflow configurations
  • Coordinate UAT planning and environment readiness across multiple testing cycles, including benefits enrollment testing and end-of-year data loads
  • Support a future global HCM implementation with activities including current-state documentation, data and integration inventory, and stakeholder readiness activities
  • Serve as an advocate for HRIS and HR practitioners with IT and other business areas
  • Use data to inform system strategy, efficiency opportunities, and process improvements
  • Optimize the use of AI appropriate to HR applications
  • Collaborate with HRIS team members, HR, Payroll, IT, and other appropriate teams to recommend system and process enhancements
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and testing
  • Use ticketing system to provide front line support to users and identify support trends
  • Write and run reports from HRIS systems
  • Create audits to maintain data integrity
  • Maintain confidential information according to global and local data privacy laws
  • Communicate technical information to users at all levels of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable technical/educational discipline strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in a related field preferred

  • 5+ years’ experience working with technical support of Human Capital Management systems; ADP Vantage HCM experience strongly preferred

  • 3+ years’ experience as a system administrator or functional analyst within ADP Vantage HCM or a comparable enterprise cloud HCM platform

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Hands-on experience with ADP Vantage HCM configuration, security, and administration; experience participating in an implementation, upgrade, or HCM integration strongly preferred
  • Experience using ServiceNow preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience using databases and creating reports
  • Experience working with Human Resources data and processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter, able to effectively prioritize activities with little direction
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships within and outside the department
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $85,200-$106,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
