Job description

***IMMEDIATE START***

Job Summary

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and analysis using ADP Vantage for a large, complex workforce. This role supports both weekly payroll for frontline employees and semi-monthly payroll for corporate staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to over 600 collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of union payroll rules.

Key Responsibilities

· Process high-volume payroll cycles: weekly payroll for frontline employees and semi-monthly payroll for corporate staff

· Administer payroll within ADP Vantage, including data validation, auditing, and reconciliation

· Interpret and apply over 600 CBAs to ensure proper pay calculations

· Audit payroll data for accuracy including timekeeping inputs, wage rates, taxes, and deductions

· Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries

· Partner with HR, Labor Relations, and Operations for compliance

· Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws

· Support payroll reporting and analysis

· Assist with system updates and enhancements in ADP Vantage

· Document payroll processes and maintain audit-ready records

Qualifications -

· 3–5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume, union environment

· Experience with ADP Vantage or similar systems

· Knowledge of CBAs and union payroll rules

· Experience with multiple payroll frequencies

· Understanding of payroll tax regulations

· Advanced Excel skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

· Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)

· Experience with multi-state payroll

· Familiarity with timekeeping system integrations
