Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems, as well as certifications like the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), are typically required. These skills and qualifications ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with legal requirements, and efficient issue resolution for both employees and the organization.

Do I need a new ADP account for each job?

For an ADP Multiple role, you typically do not need a new ADP account for each job if the roles are within the same organization or employer.
