Our client is looking to hire an admin assistant for their team! Our client is a leading service center in providing steel products and services like blanking, slitting, and toll processing to various industries!
Qualified candidates would have experience within an office setting and an understanding of Microsoft Excel.
The admin assistant would be responsible for communicating with the inside sales team to gather and confirm customer orders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with inside sales representative to gather and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Generate productions work orders for the plant, aligning with customer requirements and operational capacity.
- Maintain accurate records within the ERP system to support inventory and order tracking.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with plant employees regarding order status, deadlines, and any special instructions.
Job Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with databases and ERP systems
- Strong skills in Excel, analysis for scheduling tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with both office staff and plant personnel, fostering a productive and respectful work environment.
- Proficient in assessing, prioritizing, and integrating orders into an efficient production schedule.
