Job description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our organization. You will support our staff and managements in different offices with clerical duties. We prefer candidates who have some administrative experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Office hours are typically Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Some Overtime work maybe required past 6pm or on weekends.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

    • Advertising, monitoring Job openings, and supporting team with hiring, and on-boarding process (reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, etc.)
    • Learning and updating Employment Handbook, and keeping employees updated.
    • Monitoring office attendance, and remote employees (timesheet, vacation, etc.)
    • Upkeep employee information (anniversaries, salary, benefits, etc.)
    • Supporting Invoice Process (Working with internal and external clients, and database)
    • Preparing time and expense reports for management.
    • Supporting team and other offices with logistics (travels, hotels, meals, etc.)

Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED certificate, college education is a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience as an administrative related role.
    • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment
    • Quickbooks Knowledge is a Plus
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Must have a reliable transportation
    • Self-starter who works well independently.
    • Professional demeanor.
