Position Summary:
Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office)
Location: 5051 Peachtree Corners Circle # 200, Norcross, GA 30092
Hybrid Role: 3 days per week, in-office
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Atlanta office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and takes initiative in managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in handling incoming mail, supporting internal departments, assisting with administrative projects, and serving as the on-site point of contact for occasional office visitors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain organized records and ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential documents
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for occasional walk-in visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience while guiding them to the appropriate departments or support channels and sharing relevant contact information as needed, including in situations that require patience and empathy
  • Partner with the Finance team on administrative and support tasks as needed
  • Assist with overflow projects and provide general administrative support across departments
  • Ensure the office remains organized and operational during in-office days
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, spreadsheet management, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors using Outlook, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
  • Support profile management, maintain organization across online work platforms, and assist with consolidating reports and administrative records

Qualifications

Work Environment & Hiring Requirements
  • U.S. Work Location Requirement: All employees must reside in and perform work within the United States. We do not support international remote work arrangements for this role.
  • Travel Expectations: While this is a remote position, occasional travel may be required for team meetings, company events, conferences, summits, etc. Candidates must be willing and able to travel as needed.
  • On-Camera Work Environment: We operate in a highly collaborative, remote, on-camera culture. Employees are expected to be on camera during meetings unless extenuating circumstances apply.
