Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with the preparation of project proposals and presentations
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
