We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting and ensuring smooth operations for all departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, and cloud file management.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and data using Excel.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of client interactions.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Support various departments with data entry, project coordination, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
