Job description

Job Overview

Tiburzi Builders & Restoration is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.

We are a construction, restoration, and mitigation company that works with residential and commercial clients, insurance companies, adjusters, vendors, and field technicians. Our projects include water damage mitigation, fire damage, mold, asbestos, storm damage, reconstruction, pack-outs, and insurance claim-related repairs.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, and able to communicate professionally with clients, insurance representatives, vendors, technicians, and office staff. The ideal candidate must have a college degree, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping project documentation accurate and up to date.

Duties

  • Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, subcontractors, and field technicians.
  • Organize and maintain project files, photos, contracts, estimates, invoices, reports, and digital records.
  • Update internal trackers, Google Drive folders, job files, and office systems.
  • Assist with documentation related to mitigation, reconstruction, asbestos, pack-out, contents, and insurance claim projects.
  • Follow up on pending documents, approvals, payments, claim updates, and project status.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office software.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
