Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Create expense report and attach receipt after expense is submitted
  • Book travel (air & rail), hotel, and rental car
  • Reserve an open/enclosed individual room, conference room at different AFS location
  • Assist with setting up a meeting or an event
  • Onsite meetings/events– reserve AFS locations, order catering, print materials
  • Offsite meetings/events – find venue that can host the appropriate event, set up space, print materials
  • Manage calendar
  • Accept/decline invitations •
  • Schedule meetings on behalf of the MD/SM
  • Order business cards and assist with uploading business cards into the Outlook contact folder
  • Specific tasks - generating weekly reports, printing RFQ's, scanning and emailing documents, converting files [PDF, Word, etc.
  • Assist in the application and/or renewal of passport or visa
  • Notarize documents - They have a Notary Public for the state of Virginia Client/Employee Relation:
  • Assist visitors/clients from different states with hotel, restaurant, and other related conveniences.
  • At the Glebe location, assist with escorting visitors and foreign nationals.
  • Submit required visitation form for Client LLP employees and foreign nationals.
  • Required Skills – experience in the following required: • U.S. Citizenship required Education Level: Bachelor's or equivalent in experience Hours per week: 40 – Full time (M-F from 8am to 5pm)
