Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)

Overview: The IBM FileNet Administrator will manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of the IBM FileNet P8 platform, ensuring system stability, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Administration
    • Install, configure, and administer IBM FileNet P8 environments
    • Perform patching, upgrades, and version management
    • Manage development, test, and production environments
  • System Monitoring
    • Support monitor system health, performance, and availability
    • Troubleshoot FileNet-related issues and coordinate resolutions
    • Support case management and BPM runtime environments
  • Security Compliance
    • Configure role-based access control
    • User and group permissions
    • Maintain audit logs and compliance configurations
    • Ensure platform adherence to governance and regulatory standards
  • Integration Environment Management
    • Support integration with: IBM BPM / IBM BAW KwikWork BPF WebSphere products
