Compas is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our dynamic Ad Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of digital ad campaigns for our clients. 
What You'll Do: 
  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital ad campaigns, from trafficking and testing to implementation and quality assurance. 
  • Become an expert in IAB specifications, ensuring all creative assets meet these standards. 
  • Traffic and distribute ad tags to vendors within established deadlines, proactively addressing any implementation challenges. 
  • Collaborate closely with partners, resolving discrepancies in reporting, creative, and trafficking, always striving for flawless execution. 
  • Master the art of floodlight tag creation in CM360, ensuring accurate implementation and quality assurance. 
  • Be a champion for knowledge sharing, assisting internal teams in staying ahead of the curve on ad serving technologies (Ad Blocking, Ad Verification, Programmatic, Dynamic Creatives, Cookie deprecation, etc.). 
  • Partner with Client and Media teams to guarantee proper UTM execution across all tactics. 
  • Be a stickler for process, ensuring all internal teams adhere to established procedures and protocols. 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to internal and external ad server systems. 
  • Coordinate seamlessly with third-party vendors, including Programmatic Engines, ad verification partners, and survey vendors. 
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Ad Serving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering their growth and development. 
 
What You'll Bring: 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a specialist role within the digital media industry. 
  • Strong understanding of ad tech fundamentals and concepts. 
  • Working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager (GCM).
