Job description

VML is seeking an experienced Media Manager - Freelance (possible Temp to Perm) to join us immediately. This opportunity required in office, hybrid participation in either our Cleveland or Chicago offices.

You will:

  • Develop and execute strategic media plans across digital and social channels, optimizing campaign performance to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Manage high-budget digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Monitor, analyzed and evaluated campaign results using analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous optimization.
  • Create comprehensive end-of-campaign reports and presentation decks, delivering performance analyses, key learnings, and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Oversee media billing, budget reconciliation, and ad trafficking processes, ensuring accurate campaign delivery, financial accountability, and adherence to timelines.
  • Present campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels and successful achievement of business goals.
