Key responsibilities

Job description

We are a global B2B distributor of consumer electronics, connecting hardware manufacturers directly with commercial buyers, retail networks, and enterprise clients worldwide. Our digital platform generates significant inbound web traffic, receiving continuous inquiries from companies actively searching for direct product allocation and wholesale supply partnerships. In our business model, a single converted inbound inquiry leads to recurring, long-term purchasing relationships with substantial client lifetime value. As we expand our online presence and marketing funnels, maximizing the conversion efficiency of our digital touchpoints is central to our global sales and revenue strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Multi-Industry Digital Marketer to take full operational ownership of our inbound user funnels, paid media campaigns, and website conversion architecture.

In this role, you will be dedicated to marketing a single overarching brand to diverse target verticals. You will build tailored acquisition funnels, customized landing pages, and targeted Google Ads strategies designed specifically for each distinct industry we serve.

Beyond core execution, you will serve as the analytical and strategic backbone of our growth efforts. You will deeply understand the unit economics behind marketing—managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV) dynamics across channels. Additionally, you will direct and collaborate with external agency partners and specialized vendors to scale specific initiatives seamlessly. If you are an analytical, multi-industry growth marketer who thrives on conversion math, campaign segmentation, and end-to-end funnel execution, this role offers direct strategic impact on our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multi-Industry Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and manage segmented marketing campaigns tailored to distinct B2B industries and buyer personas, creating tailored messaging, custom landing pages, and industry-specific Google Ads / paid search strategies.
  • User Behavior Analysis & Funnel CRO: Monitor daily website visitor interactions, drop-off points, session duration, and user pathways using heatmaps, recordings, and advanced analytics tools to continuously eliminate conversion friction.
  • Acquisition Math & Financial Performance Tracking: Maintain strict oversight of critical acquisition metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), ROAS, and conversion value. Utilize data to allocate budgets efficiently across industries and channels.
  • External Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with specialized external agencies, freelancers, and technical vendors (e.g., specialized ad copywriters, dev resources, or paid media niche partners) to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with key performance metrics.
  • A/B & Multivariate Testing: Design, execute, and evaluate structured A/B tests across landing page layouts, value propositions, CTA placements, form fields, and ad copy to continuously maximize lead capture efficiency.
  • Multi-Channel Channel Alignment: Audit and integrate digital acquisition channels across paid search (Google Ads), organic search (SEO), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube to ensure seamless lead routing, precise tracking, and optimal conversion math.
  • B2B Onboarding Optimization: Refine digital touchpoints and initial lead capture flows to establish a high-frictionless onboarding experience that supports recurring orders and long-term B2B partnerships.
  • Executive Reporting & Performance Insights: Produce comprehensive reports on conversion performance, bounce rates, traffic quality, CAC trends, and ROI, delivering actionable recommendations directly to executive leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven Growth & CRO Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on experience as a CRO Specialist, Growth Marketer, or Digital Marketing Strategist managing end‑to‑end inbound and performance channels.
  • Multi-Vertical Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of marketing a single core business across multiple, distinct industries with customized positioning, dedicated landing pages, and tailored Google Ads structures.
  • Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong command of performance metrics and acquisition mathematics—specifically Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lead-to-Customer conversion rates, LTV, and payback periods.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Demonstrated experience selecting, briefing, and managing external vendors, contractors, or agencies for specialized marketing projects to supplement internal execution.
  • Tooling & Analytics Proficiency: Expert command of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, modern landing page builders, A/B testing platforms, and heatmap/session-recording software.
  • Channel Comprehension: Deep familiarity with paid search, organic search, and B2B-focused social and video platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Industry Background: Prior experience within B2B ecommerce, commercial distribution, wholesale operations, or multi-vertical enterprise B2B service environments is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.
