If you have stellar communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the self-discipline to succeed, we want you on Our Mission. Our mission is simple—to build trust and relationships through an unmatched experience by helping homeowners navigate their roofing needs. Additionally, Gravity Roofing is laser focused on becoming the most trusted Roofing Contractor in Central Florida.

Positional Duties
  • Inspect roofs and assess customer needs with precision.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and guide customers through the process.
  • Sell high-quality roofing solutions with confidence.
  • Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Represent Gravity Roofing with professionalism and transparency.
Qualifications for Liftoff
  • Experience in roofing sales is preferred, but not required – we can provide the necessary training to help you have successful launches.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills – building trust is key.
  • Reliable transportation (preferably a truck, but not required) to carry ladders and positional tools.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
Mission Perks & Rewards
