About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on execution role focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign trafficking, optimization, reporting, and ongoing performance management.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for dozens of active client accounts, ensuring campaigns are built correctly, tracked properly, and consistently improved for ROI.

This role is execution-heavy and highly technical. You will also support Spotlight’s in-house strategists by providing elite-level campaign management and performance insights.

This position is fully in-office at Spotlight Media’s Fargo headquarters. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

  • Google and Meta Ad Trafficking

    • Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta

    • Ensure proper structure, targeting, budgets, and conversion tracking

  • Campaign Optimization

    • Ongoing optimization focused on ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversion quality

    • Manage budgets, bid strategies, audiences, creative testing, and pacing

  • Reporting and Performance Analysis

    • Deliver accurate, easy-to-understand reporting for internal teams and clients

    • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

  • Technical Execution

    • Manage pixels, tags, events, and conversion tracking

    • Work confidently inside Google Tag Manager and GA4

  • Internal Collaboration

    • Support in-house strategists with execution and performance insights

    • Act as a technical resource for paid media best practices

  • Innovation and Improvement

What We Are Looking ForRequired Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience

  • Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Strong technical experience with:

    • Google Tag Manager

    • Google Analytics 4

    • Conversion tracking and pixel implementation

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and optimization

  • Comfortable working in-office, full-time, in Fargo

Strongly Preferred
  • Google Ads certifications

  • Meta Blueprint certifications

  • Programmatic or DSP experience, including The Trade Desk

  • Advanced funnel tracking and attribution experience
