Youโ€™ll represent our clientโ€™s brand with excellenceโ€”educating customers, guiding them through transformative tech experiences, and converting demos into delighted new users.

  • Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them
  • Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience
  • Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. When targets fall short, partner with the Retail Manager to build action plans that get results
  • Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasksโ€”including opening and closing proceduresโ€”and ensure all interactive displays are functioning, clean, and engaging for customers
  • Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performance environment
  • Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail
  • Familiar with AR/VR technology

Skills and Attributes:

  • Extremely strong interpersonal communication - written, verbal, and on camera
  • Must be results and detail-oriented
  • Possess a passion for technology and innovation
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
