Job Description
The Paid Media Analyst oversees and manages paid media campaigns to align the organization's $25M+ advertising investment with the objectives and key results defined by executive leadership. This position works with members of Customer Experience and other internal departments to enable the execution of paid media strategies that support customer, capacity, and acquisition goals. The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for sharing business knowledge and results with the team's third-party agencies and partners to direct the focus and execution of those teams. This position is an expert in digital advertising tactics and platforms, staying up to date with the latest capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Define and implement paid search and display advertising strategies that align with business goals, objectives, and key results.
  • Maintain partnerships with third-party agencies and vendors.
  • Analyze in-platform and in-house database metrics to inform changes to strategies and investments.
  • Track, tweak, and evaluate paid search strategies.
  • Track and report on paid search and display advertising analytics.
  • Communicate paid media campaign progress with the paid media and other digital marketing teams.
  • Optimize advertising spend on paid search to increase return on investment.
  • Optimize advertising audience targeting in all display and social advertising platforms to increase return on investment.
  • Track and analyze growth against revenue.
  • Provide research and updates on the details and intricacies of search engines.
  • Build strategies for ad group and landing page testing and optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on ad group and landing page testing against lead and revenue generation.
  • Manage keyword bid-management through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
  • Manage audience targeting management through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display Video 360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Demandbase, and other advertising platforms.
  • Identify and implement system improvement needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external personnel to ensure completion of designated projects.
  • Partner with department leadership to implement improvements.
  • Work independently utilizing discretion on all activities.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, preferred
Experience:
  • 4 years experience in paid media, preferred
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in standard PPC ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or similar. Upon Hire, required
Certifications:
  • Google Analytics Certification within 120 Days, required
  • Google Ads Search and Display Certifications within 120 Days, required
