  • Translate Meta's platform capabilities and product roadmap into compelling partnership value propositions tailored to each partner's business model and growth objectives
  • Monitor partnership performance against defined KPIs, identify gaps or risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure mutual commitments are met
  • Cascade strategic communications across the team and to partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and evolving business conditions
  • Mentor and coach team members on partnership development best practices, AI-assisted workflows, and effective stakeholder engagement techniques
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations, converting engagements into lasting, reciprocal alliances that generate ongoing business value

  • Proven experience and understanding of the messaging business, including SMS commercial practices and technology and agentic solutions
  • Experience leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership negotiations with measurable business outcomes
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs across product, legal, finance, and operations teams to deliver partnership initiatives at scale
  • Experience in building and executing partnership strategies across multiple concurrent accounts or programs with cross-regional or cross-functional scope
  • Experience managing or coaching team members and holding them accountable for their performance and development goals

Preferred Qualifications:
